Guacamole Mixed Up

I try to add extras into my food - my little ones really need all that good nutrition! So, I came up with a recipe for guacamole that adds a bit more veggie & calcium for those little bones!


1 c cottage cheese
2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
1 4 oz can diced green chilies
salt and pepper to taste

I had 'small curd' cottage cheese - so I used (my neighbors) immersion blender to whip it into a creamy consistency - to make it more appealing - and so the kiddos (and hubs) are clueless...
