I got these beautiful heirloom tomatoes up at the farmers market. So delicious - and they couldn't be a more simple side. Heirloom Tomatoes 3 or 4 Heirloom Tomatoes (I love getting them in different colors) Balsamic Vinegar Kosher Salt Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
That's it!! Just quarter your tomatoes, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve.
